I have been with the System Fitness team since 2007 as an ACE certified personal trainer holding the qualification as a Crossfit Level 1 trainer. I am very happy to be rewarded with the remarkable success stories that my clients have achieved through my coaching.

I come from a highly ambitious sports background which has allowed me to compete avidly at provincial and national levels. The unique experience of ‘making the cut’ as Etobicoke’s Female Athlete of the Year, as a member of the first woman’s national hockey team, and as the first female to referee G.T.H.L. hockey gave me the athletic edge necessary to enhance my training methodology.

The inspiration and drive to keep up with the continually changing world of fitness pushes me to participate continuously in workshops, seminars and/or any related academic programs that will expand my knowledge.

Holding a degree in Kinesiology, with work experience as a sprint canoe/kayak coach and Physiotherapist Assistant, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and athletes. Being active is more than just getting in your 10, 000 steps a day to maintain your health; it’s about empowerment, being more functional, feeling strong and reaching your goals! I thrive and truly enjoy helping people get from point A to B whether in losing weight, building muscle or perfecting your squat. After high school, that interest turned into a passion for power lifting and strength training. In addition to being both an aerobics instructor and full time Personal Trainer, Mark is well known in the community for his “Survivor in High Park” bootcamp classes.


With a strong belief in knowledge is power, Marc educates and empowers his clients on how to achieve and maintain their unique fitness goals. Marc brings with him not only 2 decades worth of experience but also a passion for what he loves best: getting others fit, healthy and loving their bodies!

Nick holds an honours degree in Kinesiology as well as a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Certified Strength and Conditioning specialists are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs, and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention. A CSCS has the ability to consult with and refer athletes to other professionals when appropriate. Nick is also a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. He is recognized as having the skill set to develop programs for weight loss, as well as the management and prevention of injury and chronic disease.Nick has helped many clients reach their goals while working in the fitness industry. He has also gained experience in healthcare in the fields of Cardiac Rehabilitation as well as Sports, Motor Vehicle and Workplace injury management. He believes building strong relationships is the foundation for successful coaching.
