With a Kinesiology background, Bryan has now been managing in the fitness industry for over 15 years. With a constantly evolving industry, Bryan has tried to institute a vision keeping up with the new techniques, new methods and new changes. His belief is that the fitness industry is basically everything surrounding each and every one of us concerning physical activity, diet and nutrition, mental health and general health as well.
With this in mind, Bryan has used these concepts here at System Fitness, creating our “Total Health Center”, including the services of Kinesiologist’s, Chiropractor’s, Athletic Therapist’s, Physiotherapist’s, R.M.T’s and Nutritionist’s. He believes that a well rounded practice will ensure better customer service and an overall experience above and beyond the average gym.

A self-professed pursuer of knowledge, Clark Antonian brings to System Fitness a comprehensive informative perspective that incorporates many facets of fitness programming and practicum. This perspective has been in development since he was 16 years old when he looked in the mirror and thought to himself “I don’t want Halloween to be all-year round looking like Jack Skellington from the Nightmare before Christmas”. From there, he tossed iron and food just the same so that he could at least cover his bones.
The primary population that he has worked with is individuals with chronic diseases/conditions ranging from arthritis, joint replacements, type 2 diabetes, and any condition that includes “itis” that you can think of With every client, he is meticulous in his preparation and execution of fitness programming while specified to the needs and desires of the individual. He strongly believes that there is always an alternative method with exercise and fitness maintenance for any given circumstance.
In his free time, he loves to read on just about anything really! As a result, he has become full of unnecessary factoids and is probably a great candidate for Jeopardy. When he doesn’t read, he writes short stories for his own pleasure or he writes articles for his upcoming fitness brand Infused Iron.

Dr. Victoria West is a mobility, function, and pain expert with her doctorate in chiropractic B.A.Sc in Kinesiology, and post graduate certifications in state-of-the-art Active Release Technique and Impulse IQ Joint Mobilization technology. Dr. Victoria integrates her extensive knowledge in in all aspects of movement health to help her patients overcome all things from intense pain to subtle “only when I do this” discomfort. Registered Massage Therapist
Irma Romano is our well travelled and exceptionally skilled registered massage therapist. Irma travelled far and wide to build a skill set that combines the best of clinical techniques with the benefits of relaxation.
Her approach goes beyond spa type treatments to incorporate fascial techniques, stretching, and muscle release. After a session with her, you will leave with less stiffness and knots as well as improved awareness and movement! Irma has had success working with weekend warriors, bootcampers, cardio queens/kings, runners, and pre/post natal clients – and she’s always up for a challenge!

Rob graduated from The Eight Branches School Of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a 3 year diploma in Acupuncture. There he gained vast knowledge in both Eastern and Western medicine. He is also a licensed Acupuncturist within the province of Ontario, member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. He is a considerate, friendly and careful practitioner who enjoys putting his time into helping people get well. Previously, Rob worked for 7 years as a personal trainer and manager in some of Toronto’s largest and most established gyms. There he gained the experience and knowledge of working with human Anatomy, Kinesiology, Hypertrophy and weight loss.

More than 15 years of passionate dedication to the industry with in-depth knowledge in metabolic conditioning & fat loss, hypertrophy, athletic performance and biomechanics with an extensive background in human kinetics, physiology and nutrition. My education is not lacking but hardly skims the surface of revealing what being an Exercise Specialist entails.
Does all this make me a fitness expert? Sure it helps, but there is an indescribable skill set that comes with over 30,000 hours of one-on-one instruction. I cannot think of a phrase to define the skills gained after thousands upon thousands of hours spent shedding thousands of pounds of fat, regaining lost strength and hundreds of pounds of muscle built.

I pride myself on being a health advocate and have always been passionate about health and high performance. My sports career from toddler to Varsity Rugby athlete and injury has enabled me to appreciate the body’s capability.
Holding a degree in Kinesiology, with work experience as a sprint canoe/kayak coach and Physiotherapist Assistant, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and athletes. Being active is more than just getting in your 10, 000 steps a day to maintain your health; it’s about empowerment, being more functional, feeling strong and reaching your goals! I thrive and truly enjoy helping people get from point A to B whether in losing weight, building muscle or perfecting your squat.
